Ann-marcia

This is a combination of both of my grandmothers names. They were very different women but both strong willed. Even as they lie in rest, I'm inspired by their strengths.
I think of the civil war and the chaos that occurred in Nigeria between 1967 and 1970 involving all Nigerians. The struggle, The corpses, The tears, The indescribable pain.
Our grandparents experienced all of this, families were torn apart,  teenage boys were taken from their homes and so much more. For those of us who met our grandparents, the story is unabridged.
Give your Grandmother a "twale" where ever she might be. She took care of her family through out those trying times and that's why you can read this ( Thank God ).
We all need this strengths as women not forgetting the Grace of God to guide our intuitive perceptions.

"She is like the merchant ships,
She brings her food from afar"
"She also rises while it is yet night,
And provides food for her household
And a portion for her servants"
     "She girds herself with strength
      And strengthens her arms"
   "Strength and honour are her clothing;
She shall rejoice in time to come"
"She watches over the ways of her
       Household
And does not eat the bread of idleness
   "Her children call her blessed
      Her husband praises her greatly"
                                 Proverbs 31

........ To the strong and fearless women ever known.💋💋
